1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or purchasing a course on Tutorial Ready, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
  • You may not share your account credentials with others.
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Course access & licences

When you purchase a course, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and view the course content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share course content.

4. Payments & refunds

  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
  • You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided you have completed less than 30% of the course.
  • Refund requests should be sent to legal@eduflow.app.

5. Instructor responsibilities

Instructors are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of their course content. Instructors grant Tutorial Ready a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and distribute their content on the platform.

6. Prohibited conduct

  • Uploading infringing, harmful, or illegal content.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform.
  • Using the AI Tutor to generate malicious or misleading content.
  • Impersonating other users or instructors.
  • Attempting to bypass rate limits or authentication controls.

7. Certificates

Certificates of Completion are issued upon finishing all lessons in a course. They are valid proof of course completion on the Tutorial Ready platform but do not constitute accredited qualifications.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The platform is provided “as is”. Tutorial Ready makes no warranty that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tutorial Ready's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant course.

9. Changes to terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
