Tutorial Ready (“we”, “our”, “us”) is an online education platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data collected when you use eduflow.app.

- Account data: name, email address, password (hashed).
- Profile data: biography, avatar URL, role.
- Learning data: enrolled courses, lesson progress, quiz results, certificates earned.
- Payment data: order metadata processed by Stripe. We never store raw card numbers.
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, browser/device type, IP address.
3. How we use your data
- To create and manage your account.
- To deliver courses, track your progress, and issue certificates.
- To process payments via Stripe.
- To send transactional emails (enrollment confirmation, password reset).
- To generate personalised AI-powered recommendations and insights.
- To improve platform quality and troubleshoot issues.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted service providers necessary to operate the platform:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Cloudinary — media hosting.
- OpenAI — AI features (messages are not used to train models under API terms).
- MongoDB Atlas — database hosting.
5. Cookies
We use strictly necessary session cookies to keep you logged in and to protect against CSRF attacks. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
6. Data retention
Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Payment records may be retained for legal and accounting purposes.

8. Security
Passwords are hashed using industry-standard bcrypt. All data in transit is protected by TLS. We implement rate limiting and CSRF protection on all authentication endpoints.
